Return Policy
We want our clients to be thrilled with their purchases and we understand purchasing online can be challenging sometimes. For a smoother buying experience, the key parts of our return policy are listed below:
All returns/exchanges have to be made within 14 days of receipt, provided items are still in an "as new" condition, i.e. with no hair traces or damage.
Will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Colour not as expected is not acceptable as a return reason for personalized items.
• Damaged items.
Returns for repeat / 2nd purchases are not accepted.
